At first try the LNA did not work at all, so I opened the metal case and noticed that bias tee jumper was in correct position but not connected. When connected the green led is on.
GNU Radio RTL-SDR source sink by default sets bias tee off. Device arguments rtl=0,bias=1 sets bias tee on.
Gain approx. 18 dB @ 390 MHz, 16 dB @ 420 MHz and 15 dB @ 450 MHz
